Payment Methods

The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Available payment options

Payment availability can vary by country, currency, device and payment-provider eligibility. Use the options displayed in your checkout. A card network, digital wallet or payment service is accepted only when it is offered there.

If a payment method is not shown, it may not be available for that order. Contact service@wilteer.com if you need help before paying.

Order total & currency

Review the products, quantities, currency, delivery address and final total before confirming payment. Any shipping charges, taxes or other amounts collected by us are displayed at checkout.

Free shipping is available on orders of $78 or more. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion or cross-border fees; contact that provider for details.

Payment authorization

Payments are subject to authorization and security checks by the relevant provider. If a payment fails or remains pending, check the billing information and provider status before trying again.

If you see a charge but have no order confirmation, contact us with your email address, transaction date and amount. Do not send a full card number, security code, password or verification code.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless another arrangement is required by law or agreed with you. The time for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days after delivery, subject to the Return Policy and applicable law. For refund questions, contact service@wilteer.com with your order number.
